• 10    Believe that "It Takes a Village".

• 9       Let them grow up and become "independent thinkers"

• 8       Assume that if every one else (in church) is doing it that way, it must be OK for your kid too.

• 7      Assume he’ll grow out of it

•  6      Assume he’ll develop a passion for God as he grows older.

•  5    Allow them to focus on their peers.

• 4      Trust them (prematurely)

•  3    Prepare your kids primarily for worldly success

• 2     Assume they’ll serve God because you serve God

•  1     Assume you know everything.   

Romans 12. Do not conform yourselves to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind….
